As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of June 27, 2012, Item I.4.e of the Instructions to Bidders is hereby amended and read as follows:

Manufacturer’s Certificate, clearly indicating the date when the units were manufactured.  For this purpose, a reproduction of a PDF file copy of the original Manufacturer’s Certificate may also be submitted.

All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
